If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If you don't love it, return it! We want you to be just as happy with your Myeyelashstore products as we are! If in any way you are not satisfied with the items you purchased ,we promise a full refund or exchange within the first 30 days after you receive the parcel .All that we ask is for you to return the item in it's original packaging along with your invoice or receipt.
If you want to refund the money ,please contact us to get the address where you need to send back the parcel .
Only items purchased on myeyelashstore.com will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return.

Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of being delivered to Myeyelashstore Lashes. An email will be dispatched when your refund is processed.
- Returns must be shipped out within 30 days of receiving your package.
- The items must be mailed back in its original packaging along with invoice or receipt.
- FINAL SALE: Any piece marked as 'final sale' is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The MyeyelashstoreLash Book is a FINAL SALE item. No exchanges/returns can be processed for this product.
